Leadership (LEAD)
Equipping and demonstrating faithful, gospel-shaped leadership in everyday life.
Leadership (LEAD) is Real Life’s Leadership Equipping and Demonstrating pathway. It exists to form leaders marked by godly humility, character, wisdom, and faithful presence—leaders who learn to serve through both their words and their lives.
LEAD brings together Scripture, mentoring, shared meals, discussion, service, and practical leadership experience to help students grow in wisdom, character, and faithful presence.
Scripture-Rooted Leadership
LEAD is not leadership technique. It is leadership formed by Scripture—wisdom, character, discernment, and faithful purpose shaped over time before God.
Across different seasons, students may engage a range of biblical texts especially relevant to leadership and formation. Examples include:
Wisdom Literature
Discernment & humility
Pastoral Letters
Shepherding & care
Gospels & Acts
Leadership of Christ & the early church
Leadership in Practice
Leadership here is not defined by title, platform, or personality, but by a life steadily shaped by Christ and expressed through integrity, courage, and love.
Gatherings often include shared meals, guided discussion, and teaching. As students are able, they are also given opportunities to serve and help strengthen Study Center life through hospitality, gatherings, student‑led discussions and studies, events, and other rhythms of community.
Leadership is learned through Scripture, presence, and practice.
